Collection / Shipping Information
Order Collection Information
Our food is available for collection only, and not shipping or delivery as of yet. From Monday - Sunday we offer collections from Mawbey Place, just a 1-minute walk from the Old Kent Road Fire Station (SE1).
Additionally, collections from Alive Church London, located on Congreve Street (SE17), are available on Fridays and Sundays also. You can specify your preferred collection location at checkout:
On the day of collection, you will receive a reminder via text message. We will also use this to coordinate your pickup.
Shipping Information
We currently offer shipping for our non-perishable items only (e.g. our signature seasoning blend). We ship domestically to customers within the UK with the following shipping rates:
- Standard Tracked Shipping: 2-5 working days (£2.99)
- 24 Hour Tracked Shipping (before 4pm Monday - Friday): 1 working day (£3.99)
We also offer international shipping with the following rates:
- Europe - Standard International Tracked Shipping: 2 - 11 working days (from £5.99)
